Trip to West Texas

Went out to West Texas last week to see my parents, swap vehicles with my Dad and take a few shots of ‘West Texas’. Wanted to capture a few ‘old-energy’ / ‘new-energy’ theme images so I made sure pump-jacks and wind turbines were on my list ‘;) Here are some preliminary prints:

Pro-Panels at Last! :)

Well, finally got my pro-panels last week and they look & work great! 🙂 Decided since I setup just about every weekend, they would be a good investment. Stapled velcro to the backs of my canvas frames and can just stick them on the wall – great time-saver, and they stay straight. 😉

Great Winter Season & New Trailer

Thanks to patrons who have given me my best winter season ever! 🙂

Family support has also been very important and I want to thank everyone including the artists that have come out and and made our markets worth coming to 🙂

As some may know, I have been traveling around to the markets at 20-25mph in my green van. Although my van will take awhile to be repaired, I was able to fix my Jeep Wrangler & will be ‘mobile’ again tomorrow with a new trailer to haul my & the markets equipment etc. – just in time for the Rites of Spring in Lockhart next weekend 😉 Test drive will be this Saturday down to Mother Egan’s.

Really love the luxury of my van, but my Jeep & I have been together since I snagged it off the showroom floor in 1991 and we have some familiar history – so we’ll be good 😉
